Non-profit Organization and Direction Team

Asociación Civil Centro Espigas, through its Direction Committee, defines the guidelines for the educational center according to the directives of Fundación Retoño Uruguay, which finances most of its activities. the members of this committee are Jorge Gari, Erik Hartmann and Ana Elisa Mattsson. They delegate the operation of the educational center to the Direction Team, ensuring that the necessary tasks are carried out according to the social objectives for which the institution was founded.

The Direction Team determines Centro Espigas’ guidelines, leads the educational programs and is responsible for managing its human resources. It also develops the operational plan and the year’s agenda, among other tasks.
This team is composed by the institution’s Director, the Coordinators of each educational program and the Accountant. They have weekly meetings to manage the institution’s operation in a coordinated manner.
